Albright heavy-duty battery disconnect switch with enclosed top cover and locking key.

About The Albright ED250L Stop Switches
Once in the 'ON' position, the switch key can be removed. Thereafter the knob may be depressed to the off position where it will automatically lock, remaining locked until the key is used again to unlock it. Suitable for voltages up to 48Vdc, commonly used on 12V, 24V and 48Vdc electric vehicle systems.
A typical comment regarding its big red button appearance is that it's obnoxious, a very apt description, when you need to kill a circuit in an emergency you need the button to be obvious and obnoxious. Many OEM's agree, and will fit the Albright emergency switchgear as standard equipment.
This lockable version features a key that is necessary for the knob to be moved from the “Off” position to the “On” position. Once in the “On” position, the key can be removed. Thereafter, the knob may be depressed to the “Off” position, where it will automatically lock and remain locked until the key is used again to unlock it.
