Albright heavy-duty 250 Amps battery disconnect switch with key.
- Rated: 250A, 48Vdc maximum.
- Single-pole, single-throw battery switch suitable for 12V, 24V, 36V and 48Vdc circuits.
- Two M5 fixing screws at 48mm centres.
- Two M8 hex bolts for battery cable fixing.
- It is supplied with two keys.
- For these versions, a key is necessary for the knob to be moved from the off position to the on position.

About The Albright ED250L Stop Switches
Once in the 'ON' position, the switch key can be removed, and the unit will remain locked until the key is used again to unlock it. Suitable for voltages up to 48Vdc, commonly used on 12V, 24V and 48Vdc electric vehicle systems.
A typical comment regarding its big red button appearance is that it's obnoxious, a very apt description; when you need to kill a circuit in an emergency, you need the button to be obvious and obnoxious. Many OEMs agree and will fit the Albright emergency switchgear as standard equipment.
This lockable version features a key that is necessary for the knob to be moved from the “Off” position to the “On” position. Once in the “On” position, the key can be removed. Thereafter, the knob may be depressed to the “Off” position, where it will automatically lock and remain locked until the key is used again to unlock it.
