About The 16mm² Copper Tube Crimp Butt Terminal
Heavy-duty uninsulated 16mm² tube butt crimp connectors, give a professional and secure cable crimp solution when used with the recommended Durite heavy-duty crimping tools. The tinned copper tubing terminals offer a secure and professional 'cable to cable joint on higher load cables and wire. Heat-shrink tubing can be used in some applications to help reduce cable movement at the point of crimp.
These crimp terminals are suitable for 16mm² automotive electrical wires, and whilst the recommendation is always to fully replace split cables, they can be very useful in a breakdown situation. Suitable for Automotive, Marine, Commercial and Industrial applications.
