 Durite 12V-24Vdc illuminated analogue quartz dashboard clock.

Fitting Instructions for Translation

1. Ensure that the clock voltage matches the vehicle or system voltage (including illumination).
2. Switch off the ignition and remove the key. Disconnect the battery (earth terminal first). Note: Before disconnecting the battery, ensure all system start-up codes are known, i.e. coded radios etc.
3. Choose a suitable location for the clock with adequate access to the rear of the gauge for connections and fixings.
4. Cut a 53 mm diameter hole at the chosen location for the clock. Push the clock into the hole and fit the “U” bracket over the mounting studs at the rear of the clock. Fit washer(s) and nut to each stud. Align the clock and tighten the nuts.
5. Connect the terminal marked “I” to a suitable permanent positive fused supply (not ignition controlled). Connect the terminal marked ”G” to earth or negative feed.
6. Fit the correct voltage bulb and connect the Red (12Vdc) or White (24Vdc) wire to the vehicle panel lamp supply (after the fuse) and the Black or Green wire to earth.
7. Check all connections are correct and secure. Reconnect battery (earth terminal last). Switch on the panel lamps and check that the clock illuminates.

Adjusting the Time

 To adjust the time, depress the centre knob and rotate until the hands are reading the correct time, then release the knob.
