Parts 0-443-10/12/15 Fitting Instructions

• When installing the bulbs, ensure that the lenses are located fully in the gutters and under the joint support brackets before inserting and tightening the lens fixing screws. Failure to do this may cause the lenses to crack when tightening the lens fixing screws.
• Bulbs - The centre illumination takes 2 x BA15s bulbs, and the rotators take H1 halogen bulbs.
• Belt Position - For 12-volt operation, the belts should be positioned on the larger diameter motor pulley. For 24-volt operation, use the smaller diameter motor pulley.
• Centre Lens -The centre lens has a red film applied to one inside surface. Ensure this faces the rear when reassembling the unit
• Roof Fixing - Requires 4 x 9mm diameter fixing holes on 100mm fixing centres. Tighten nuts to 5Nm. The rubber mounting blocks should be used as a template.
• Wiring - Disconnect the battery before wiring these lighting products. Use a minimum cable size of 0.65mm2 for the centre illumination and 2mm2 for the end rotators. Connect the red lead (rotator supply) and the green lead (centre illumination) to a positive feed via a fuse, a suitable switch, and the black lead to a negative. The positive supply must be fused as follows:- 12-volt lightbars 16 amp fuse, 24-volt lightbars 8 amp fuse.
