RW500 Single-pole Normally Open Solenoid Contactors - 500A
The Reduced Silver RW500 series contactors are suitable for applications where infrequent switching is specified. In such applications, the degradation of the tip is minimal, and therefore a higher volume of silver is unnecessary.
The Albright International RW500 busbar series 500 Amps single-pole, single-throw (SPST) contactors from Arc Components Ltd. The units are designed for use in telecommunications and power distribution applications, where an uninterrupted current load is switched. These contactors are primarily for use with direct current loads but can also be used with alternating currents with the aid of a rectifier board (available separately). The RW500 features double-breaking main contacts with silver-alloy tips, which are weld-resistant, hardwearing and have excellent conductivity. The RW500 is a compact contactor which can be busbar mounted vertically or horizontally.
