About The ED125A Emergency Stop Switch

This build version of the ED125A emergency panic switch has an auxiliary microswitch installed in the base of the unit and magnetic blowouts.

Typically used on 12, 24, 36, 48, 72 and 80 Volts DC electric vehicle systems, the ED125 is a manually operated device with an over-centre spring mechanism, which provides a snap action for both opening and closing of the main contacts. The ED125 is easy to install (see drilling details) and is secured with supplied M5 Posidrive mounting screws.

Uninterrupted Current: No or infrequent load switching requirements (maintains a lower contact resistance).
