29mm automotive electrical glass fuses. Used for component surge protection and usually found attached by clips onto a control circuit PCB, mounted in a fuse box on a distribution panel or singularly in a holder (with flying cables or cable entry) as an electric wiring in-line fuse. Originally designed to replace fuse wire holders (awkward to change and unprotected from the heat build-up and blow radius) with an easy swap solution, the nickel-plated brass-capped glass fuses fast became an industry favourite and are still widely used. The section covers the most common amperages 5A, 10A, 15A, 20A and 25A fuses, with a selection of panel-mounted fuseboxes available. The 29mm long fuses are supplied in packs of 10's for service engineers, service centre workshops and manufacturing production.
