Fitting Instructions For Translation

Screw inserts (item 1) into 2 off 4.57mm diameter holes (as supplied and above diagram) so they are flush with the surface of the moulding.
Mount the auxiliary bracket (item 2) using two M3 screws (item 3).
Place the plunger (item 5) into the spring.
Mount the microswitch (item 6) in place using the two screws (item 7) and self-locking nuts (item 8).
Operate contactor to check microswitch operation.

Points of Note

The cap sometimes requires drilling for the kit to fit. On the reverse of the cap is a guide hole to identify the size of the drill required.
The brass collet inserts used to retain the screws in the cap have a slot; it is not a screwdriver slot. The slot is a thread starter that you offer up to the external pre-drilled holes in the top cover cap.
You can thread the screw into the insert (opposite end to the slot) before offering it up to the top cover, and this enables you to use a screwdriver on the actual screw head to assist the seating best.
