About the Durite 0-605-60 250A Battery Isolator Switch

The 0-605-60 Durite 12V-24Vdc 250A Battery Isolator Switch is a single-pole switch designed to isolate batteries on domestic, commercial, industrial plant and material handling equipment. This metal-handled switch is rated at 250 Amps at 24Vdc and has normally open (NO) contacts. The switch is protected to IP65 and is supplied with a fixed ‘T’ handle. It has a nominal tension of 24V maximum, a high load of 2500A for 5 seconds, and a nominal load of 250A for continuous operation. This switch is made from a cast alloy mounting plate with a black thermoplastic body and is rated for operation at -40 to +80. It is an excellent replacement for Ford: 4822229, Iveco: 4822229, and Lucas: SSB200.
